Seekly legal

Terms and Conditions

Last updated 24 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Seekly, a website discovery service operated from the United Kingdom. By using Seekly you agree to them.

1.What Seekly is

Seekly lists and describes third-party websites. We don’t own or control those websites and aren’t responsible for their content, pricing, availability or practices. Check a website yourself before you rely on it.

2.Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your login safe and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse Seekly.

3.Submissions

When you submit a website, you confirm you’re allowed to share it. Our team may edit, decline or remove any submission or listing. Inappropriate, illegal, harmful or misleading websites aren’t accepted.

4.AI features

AI suggestions are generated automatically and may be wrong. Human-written reviews are the authoritative description of each listing.

5.Advertising

Paid placements are covered by our Advertising Terms. Sponsored content is always labelled and never affects organic rankings.

6.Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, overload, attack or try to get around Seekly’s security, and don’t use Seekly to break the law.

7.Liability

Seekly is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by third-party websites. Nothing here limits rights you have under UK consumer law.

8.Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contact: contactseekly@gmail.com.
